• Your ability to co-exist with a personal judge:  Cats are the ultimate arbiters of cool.  That new haircut? Get ready for the side-eye of judgement.  Those questionable dance moves in the kitchen? • Your unwavering dedication to the art of the cat selfie:  Let’s be real, capturing that purrfect picture of your feline overlord is an Olympic sport.  Lure them with treats, contort yourself into impossible positions, and pray they don’t decide to groom their nether regions right as you snap the pic.  But when you finally get that award-winning photo?  It’s pure internet gold.

How to celebrate? Here are some purr-fectly acceptable activities:

• Spoil your feline overlord rotten: Break out the feather wand, the laser pointer, and enough catnip to launch a kitty space program. They deserve it, for putting up with your existence, obviously.
• Channel your inner Crazy Cat Lady (ironically): Rock a fabulous cat-eared headband and blast heavy metal music. Your cat will either be impressed or completely horrified, either way, entertainment is guaranteed.
• Shower the internet with cat photos: Because what’s the internet without an endless stream of adorable feline faces? Just be sure your cat approves this message (with a head boop, of course).
